Troubleshooting steps:
1. Install the card onto the MB, make sure PCIE power connectors are properly connected to the card from the power supply unit.
2. Power on the system, during the boot process if display is showing rainbow like display, that will be consider hardware defective, user will need to contact original seller or manufacture for warranty request.
3. If no abnormality was detected during boot, system will detect hardware and prompt for graphics driver to be installed.
4. Once driver is install and monitors starts to display artifacts that will be consider as hardware defect as well, user needs to request for RMA service.
